Responsibilities
- Collaboration in setting up the microbiology laboratory
- Collaboration in defining the processes for microbiological tests
- Establishment of microbiological methods and their subsequent use
- Carrying out sterility tests, MET, and BET
- Accompanying process verification of Cell&Gene / ATMP products
Hardskills
- Training as a biology laboratory technician with relevant work experience or Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in life sciences
- Proven experience in GMP-regulated laboratory environment and aseptic work
- Experience in GMP-compliant documentation
- Experience in microbiological release testing in BSL 2 environments
- Experience in supervised process analysis of Cell&Gene (e.g. PCR, flow cytometry)
- Fluent English, German an advantage
