The Position
As Research Associate II at Roche, you are responsible for conducting research, development, and manufacturing laboratory experimentation to support projects. Your role involves technical expertise in designing, executing, and interpreting experiments, preparing technical reports, and maintaining laboratory documentation.
Your Opportunity
Responsibilities include:
- Designing experimental protocols with minimal supervision
- Making suggestions to improve work processes and laboratory environment
- Assisting in identifying and reducing to practice patentable inventions
- Working effectively in a team environment and participating in project planning
Qualifications:
You hold a Bachelor’s in Science and have 2 years of relevant experience. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of laboratory techniques, experience in immunohistochemistry, and strong communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of basic and specialized laboratory techniques
- Experience in searching scientific literature
- Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and graphical software
- Prior experience in immunohistochemistry
- Understanding of IVD assay development process
