Role

Join the Format Development team in the Antibody Research & Technologies department as an intern. Work closely with scientists and research associates to explore the mechanisms of engineered antibodies. You will be contributing to the creation of cutting-edge antibody platform-technologies that form the basis of knock-your-socks-off antibody therapeutics. You will be working closely together with research associates, developing new immunomodulatory antibody therapeutics inspired by Genmab’s DuoBody and HexaBody technologies. During the internship, you will apply a range of techniques, including:

• Luminescence-based cellular reporter assays to measure target receptor activity
• Cell viability assays
• Flow cytometry
• Cell culture

You will also broaden your understanding of applied human immunology, and develop skills in data analysis, report writing and verbal communication of your work.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree (life science)connected to a Dutch University
• Technical knowledge: Cell culture, ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Microscopy
• Lab-based (technical knowledge: Cell culture, ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Microscopy)
• The duration of the internship is a minimum of 6 months
• Hands-on experience with mammalian cell culture is a plus
