A Research Fellow position is available in the laboratory of Chemical Biology, Biotechnology and Drug Discovery, School of Biological Sciences, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. The project will focus on the development of novel protein bioconjugates for diagnostic and therapeutic applications.

Key Responsibilities: Research Fellow Post for PhD
- Develop chemoenzymatic bioconjugation techniques
- Discover, design, and engineer protein bioconjugates as potential biological drugs for disease treatment
- Evaluate the pharmacological activity of prepared biologics
- Supervise students and junior lab staff
- Work as part of a team performing both AI-aided and experimental drug discovery
- Write up, publish, and present research results in peer-reviewed international journals and at international conferences.
Job Requirements: Research Fellow Post for PhD
- PhD degree in biological sciences or related areas, with a focus on peptide and protein science
- Experience in peptide synthesis, protein chemistry, and bioconjugation research
- Experience in basic cell & molecular biology, analytical chemistry, and biophysics techniques (bacterial and mammalian cell culture, PCR, RT-PCR and ELISA, NMR, Mass Spectrometry, microscopy, and flow cytometry)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong publication track record
