Position Description
- Contribute to a team working on the design, development, and improvement of immunodiagnostic assays based on ELISA and/or lateral flow technology.
- Coordinating with other team members to enable the planning and execution of studies accurately and timely.
- Execute feasibility and verification studies as required.
- Propose novel strategies and technologies and independently apply basic scientific principles to solve problems.
- Strict adherence to timelines and drive deliverables of tasks from all stakeholders.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS or equivalent) with a minimum of 2 years of additional experience all within the applicable field, preferably commercial assay development experience in immunology or infectious disease.
- Solid knowledge of GLP, GMP processes.
- Prior experience in a regulated IVD environment is desirable.
Personal Requirements
- Comfortable and familiar with working in a highly regulated IVD.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- Good writing and communication skills.
- Strong background in analytical methods and data analysis.
- Demonstrated capability of working in a team environment.
