Your Tasks
- Support the sales team and customers with applications for QIAGEN products developed using SQL, Python, and R.
- Provide scientific presentations and software demonstrations.
- Translate customer needs into customized software solutions and engage in technical discussions.
- Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Document, track, and manage projects from initiation to delivery.
- Travel to customer sites up to 25% of the time.
Your Profile
- Master’s or PhD in Bioinformatics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and R.
- Knowledge of public databases and enrichment tools.
- Experience managing bioinformatics projects successfully.
- Working experience at a Drug Discovery/Pharmaceutical company preferred.
- Strong technical, presentation, and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to convey complex concepts to non-experts.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites.
