Postdoctoral Fellows – NIH Funded Project – Apply Online
Applications are invited for a full-time Postdoctoral Fellow position in Sajadi laboratory at the Institute of Human Virology, University of Maryland School of Medicine to join an active research group funded by the NIH, VA, and BMGF focused on translational research on the humoral immune responses to viral infections such as HIV-1, SARS-CoV-2, and CCHFV. Successful candidates will work in a highly collaborative multi-project environment with the goal of understanding the immune response to and developing immunotherapeutics for the prevention and treatment of these and other viral infections. Qualifications
They are seeking highly motivated and collaborative individuals with PhD or MD/PhD capable of independent reasoning and excited about learning new technologies. The candidates should have excellent writing and communication skills and familiar with techniques such as multi-color flow cytometry, single cell PCR, tissue culture, humanized mouse models, and ELISA. Applicants should have prior experience in at least two of the following fields: Immunology, Genomics, and Animal Models (preferably all three).
