Required Qualification and Experience: Postdoc position for PhD Biology
- PhD in biology, or one of the following subjects: biochemistry or immunology
- High interest in translational and clinical research
- Strong background in one of the following subjects: biochemistry, cellular, molecular biology, islet biology or cellular trafficking
- Work experience with mice in vivo pharmacology, cell culture, and/or primary cells is a plus
- Ability to work independently, with high motivation, flexibility, and innovative and creative thinking, as well as team spirit and good communication skills
- Excellent written and spoken English.
Responsibilities: Postdoc position for PhD Biology
- In vitro studies: Biochemical, immunohistological, immunofluorescence and molecular biology analyses or
- In vivo physiological studies in diabetes models or
- Preparation and implementation of preclinical experimental studies to evaluate and validate drug target candidates
- Creation of standard operating procedures (SOPs)
