Novonesis is seeking a motivated Research Associate to join our Molecular Discovery team in Lyngby. As a Research Associate, you will drive early innovation through assay development, screening, data analysis, and collaboration with industry partners. If you are passionate about biology and eager to contribute to transformative solutions, we invite you to be part of our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assay development, screening, and data analysis
- Utilize automated liquid handling stations for research activities
- Collaborate with industry partners to develop enzyme/protein solutions
Qualifications:
- Be trained as a laboratory technician (BSc and MSc not eligible) and ideally have practical experience from working in a research laboratory
- Have experience with assay development, screening and data analysis
- Have experience with or interest in developing skills within automation and digitalization
- It’s considered a plus with experience in molecular biology and/or microbiology skills
- Demonstrate initiative, responsibility, and systematic approach
- Work in a team and independently, with a high degree of transparency
- Be comfortable with working in a multi-cultural environment where English is our common language
