Main Responsibilities:
- Drive optimization of cleaning processes and approved procedures
- Provide support to productions in validation strategies and critical situations
- Contribute insights from production to influence new designs and process innovations
- Be involved in the implementation of new equipment and technologies
- Evaluate processes using data and analytical skills to find best solutions
Qualifications
We are seeking a candidate with:
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, engineering, pharmaceutical science, or related field
- Proven track record in cleaning validation principles
- Extensive experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
- Proficiency in English
Experience with cleaning process optimization, change management, and project-focused approach is a plus. We are looking for a collaborative, structured individual who can lead projects effectively in a team setting.
