Job Description:
Based in Singapore, the regional hub for Asia Pacific (AP) and top-ranked biopharmaceutical company on the Straits Times and Statista’s list of Best Employers in Singapore for two consecutive years (2020, 2021).
Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on expertise in hi-dimensional flow cytometry for profiling patient material/cell lines, etc.
- Independently design and implement flow cytometry panels with at least 30 markers to analyze various populations in primary tissue samples.
- Maintain flow cytometers, conduct quality control, monthly washes, and manage antibody inventory.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support workplans related to flow cytometry.
- Accurately document experiments and results in compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
- BSc/MSc with more than three years of relevant research experience.
- Experience with spectral cytometry and aseptic cell culture techniques.
- Familiarity with flow cytometry principles, experimental design, and data analysis.
- Proficiency in scientific software such as FlowJo, GraphPad Prism, TIBCO Spotfire, etc.
- Experience in lab and clinical sample inventory management.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Good team player with a positive attitude and strong publication record.
