About the Company
Our company has a rapidly growing, interdisciplinary team of scientists in London and exciting plans to expand our London presence. This will initially be at the Francis Crick Institute as part of our ‘Skylab’ expansion in 2024, and from 2027 in our new ‘state of art’ and fully integrated Research and Discovery Center at the hub of London’s knowledge Quarter. This new building will be home to approximately 180 scientists alongside other colleagues in discovery research, clinical, regulatory and business roles, including marketing, finance and administration.

Job Description
Our company is looking for a Scientist to join our Quantitative Biosciences team at the Francis Crick Institute in London. As a biologist or pharmacologist with Immunology experience, you will work collaboratively with our London discovery teams to advance therapeutic programs in Immunology and Neuroscience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute quantitative cellular and/or biochemical assays
- Conduct mechanism of action studies
- Enact innovative approaches to solve program objectives
- Interpret data and communicate results
- Collaborate across global networks
Requirements:
- Bsc/MSc degree in Pharmacology, Biochemistry, or related Bioscience discipline
- Experience in pharmaceutical or biotech industry
- Proven ability in implementing and interpreting assays
- Flexible approach to work
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience with detection technologies such as high content imaging and flow cytometry
- Ability to propose innovative approaches
- Effective communication skills
