Key Responsibilities and Essential Functions
- Execute and document molecular biology protocols with highly reproducible results
- Assist in validation and design of new assays
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized lab environment
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to maximize success
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- B.S. in Molecular Biology, Genetics, or related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years of in-depth experience in molecular biology research
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in standard office software and project management tools
- Knowledge in mouse study is preferred
Pay Range: $23.17 – $38.80 (based on total years of related experience)
