- Develop innovative platforms and modalities to impact challenging targets across multiple therapeutic areas.
- Lead in hypothesis-driven experimental design, execution, optimization, and documentation of research activities.

Basic Qualifications:
Masters degree and 4 years of relevant scientific experience OR
Bachelors degree and 6 years of relevant scientific experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience in developing and optimizing molecular biology and biochemical assays, such as reporter assays, NanoBRET, FRET, alpha screen, MSD, or immunoprecipitation etc.
- Extensive experience in mammalian cell cultures, RNAi and CRISPR-based technologies, stable line generation, manipulation, and characterization.
- RNA-orientated research experience is preferred, including but not limited to RNA processing/decay, RNA biochemistry, RNA binding protein or RNA translation. NGS experience is preferred.
- Strong scientific reasoning, data analysis, attention to details and independent problem-solving skills. Experience in RNA-orientated technology development is preferred but not required.
- Broad knowledge of molecular and cellular biology with demonstrated research eminence through first author publications in top journals.
