Senior Associate Quality Scientist (2nd Shift)

Your Role
The Senior Associate Quality Scientist position (Second Shift) will be responsible for safely performing operations that support our manufacturing departments, stability/release testing (DS/DP), and other customer requests in a cGMP facility. The role involves testing in a laboratory environment, participation in audits, and collaboration with the ADC Stability and Release team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to GMP requirements to ensure quality
- Complete required work volume to meet deadlines
- Maintain lab equipment, prepare reagents, and restock supplies
- Communicate operational status and deviations to supervisors
- Provide accurate records consistent with GDP requirements
Physical Attributes
Additional requirements may include the use of personal protective equipment and occasional lifting/pushing up to 40 pounds.
Who You Are
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering, or related life science
- 3+ years of lab work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience with cGMP testing requirements
- Strong analytical capabilities and communication skills
- Experience with instrumental analysis techniques and laboratory software
- Antibody drug conjugate (ADC) experience
