Your Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate Scientist 1 to be part of our flex team, supporting various departments such as Microbiology, Virology, Molecular & more. Your responsibilities will include conducting routine GLP/GMP studies, maintaining laboratory equipment and stock, following SOPs, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Who you are:
- HNC/HND, BSc or MSc in a biological science
- Prior experience in a lab role, preferably in a regulated environment (GLP/GMP/ISO) – Desirable
- Experience in Cell Culture & Aseptic Technique
- Focus on quality and safety
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with strong initiative and capable of working independently
- Good standard of written and spoken English; computer literate
