Job Scope
The Associate Scientist II – DT & OMS (Design Transfer & On Market Support) is vital for all stages of the product development process. This role will focus on coordinating the transfer of new product designs from R&D to manufacturing operations, on-market product investigations, troubleshooting, and more.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day “hands on” work in the laboratory
- Designing and conducting experiments
- Collaborating with R&D and process experts
- Participating in on-market product investigations
- Performing troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Writing SOPs, study protocols, reports, and other documentation
- Conducting data analysis and technical writing
Education, Experience, and Qualifications
– Associate’s Degree in biochemistry, biology, molecular biology, or related field
– Bachelor’s Degree in biological/chemical disciplines preferred
– 2+ years of relevant laboratory work experience required
– Knowledge of molecular biology techniques, GLP/GMP, and CAPA investigations preferred
– Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Travel Requirements: 10% domestic travel may be required
