Position: Laboratory Asset Site Coordinator
Location: Melbourne, Victoria, Australia

Work Schedule:Â First Shift (Days)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct site operations in accordance with terms and conditions of program contract and Statement of Work
- Support overall account strategy to achieve annual operating plan goals
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, service vendors, and Thermo Fisher staff
- Strive for customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Support data collection and analysis of customer metrics
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- Associates degree or equivalent experience; bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- Fluent in the English language
- 1-2 years of proven experience in Agriculture, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Working Conditions:
- Works primarily at customer locations and office environments
- Physical activity includes walking, sitting, lifting, etc.
- May be exposed to chemical-based allergens and require the use of protective equipment
