Job Description
The Research Associate 2 at Genentech will be responsible for conducting research, development, and manufacturing laboratory experimentation to support Ventana projects. This role involves designing and executing experimental protocols, analyzing data, preparing technical reports, and presenting findings to project teams. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Science and have at least 2 years of related work experience.
Responsibilities:
- Design experimental protocols with minimal supervision
- Execute bench experiments and analyze data
- Prepare technical reports and summaries
- Maintain accurate records
- Participate in cross-functional technical teams
- Train others in areas of expertise
- Troubleshoot problems and institute corrective action
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science
- 2 years of related work experience
