Lab Analyst Position in Buffalo, New York
We are currently seeking a Lab Analyst with a passion for quality control and experimentation. If you enjoy testing materials for chemical and physical properties and have a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Sample and test materials for various properties
- Calibrate laboratory equipment
- Test new methods, equipment, or procedures
- Perform air/fume tests for safety and environmental control
- Conduct routine material manipulations
Qualifications:
Requirements (ONE of the following):
- HS Diploma or G.E.D
- Bachelor Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Physics, Applied Science, Engineering Studies, or Related Science Associate Degree
- No degree but specific college coursework
- Manufacturing Lab/Instrumentation experience may be considered
Willingness to wear appropriate PPE, data interpretation skills, and familiarity with SAP are preferred.
