Job Description:Â This position is part of the Scientific Applications Support team located at one of our facilities in Coralville, Iowa; Boulder, Colorado; or Raleigh, North Carolina and will be on-site. Responsibilities:
- Communicate with and support customers to provide pre- and post-sales technical support for a growing NGS product offering.
- Troubleshoot product use and applications by utilizing customer data and information.
- Proactively resolve complaints and expedite solutions to customer satisfaction.
- Support other IDT service departments and Sales teams through consultation.
- Document all customer interactions in IDT’s database.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis and problem-solving.
- 2+ years of experience in NGS library preparation or similar life sciences experience.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in life sciences.
- 2+ years of customer support experience.
Compensation:
The salary range for this role is $80,000 – $100,000, with bonus/incentive pay.
