Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data quality control and processing of bioinformatics pipelines and report.
- Conduct data exploration and analysis to address translational research questions.
- Explore and integrate multi-omics public datasets to enable meta-analysis and mining.
- Develop Shiny or Dash applications for data visualization.
- Ensure reproducible coding practices and maintain detailed documentation.
Qualifications:
- MSc with 2+ years of experience or PhD in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or a related field.
- Experience in next-generation sequencing (NGS) data processing.
- Preferred experience in genomics/transcriptomics data processing (as patient cfDNA analysis and scRNAseq).
- Strong coding skills in R or Python.
- Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple tasks effectively, and work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Shiny or Dash application development.
- Familiarity with additional bioinformatics tools and databases.
