Job Posting: Cell Processing Specialist CGT (Temporary)
Location: Stein, Aargau, Switzerland
Job Summary:
As a Cell Processing Specialist, you will be responsible for the operations and processing of patient-derived clinical and commercial cellular immunotherapy products. This includes day 0 operations, cell washing and harvest processing, and verification of intermediate process days. Your expertise and proficiency in aseptic techniques and media formulation will be essential in ensuring the success of the treatment process.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Ownership of processing patient starting material in a clean room environment.
- Aseptic gowning and working in clean room environments (ISO 8, 7, and ISO 5) for extended periods.
- Day 0 operations, cell washing, and harvest processing using automated equipment.
- Verification of intermediate process days, including expertise with relevant equipment.
- Equipment preparation and maintenance.
- Proficiency in production-related IT systems (SAP, LIMS, MES).
- Documenting all steps in the assigned Batch record in compliance with GMP requirements.
- Performing necessary processing and verification steps with a high level of aseptic technique.

To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a cGMP, academic, or laboratory setting with aseptic or cell culture experience.
- Apprenticeship or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant Engineering or Scientific discipline.
- Ability to perform complex calculations and an understanding of scientific notations.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and German.
