Meril Endo-Surgery GmbH, a leading company in the medical devices industry, is currently hiring for the position of Area Sales Manager in Warsaw, Mazowieckie, Poland. We specialize in Surgical Sutures and Staplers, Wound closure, Endo Mechanical wound closure, Hemostats, and biosurgery products. Our range of products includes absorbable and non-absorbable sutures, hernia repair solutions, trocars, endo staplers, and skin staplers.
Job Posting: Area Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Support the learning and development of the sales team
- Coordinate with sales representatives to generate and meet with prospective leads
- Track and report all sales activities
- Develop and execute sales strategy through market analysis
- Drive business growth by delivering on budgeted sales objectives
- Manage a team of senior executives and support their development plans
- Create and implement promotional activities and CRM strategy
- Map the potential of the territory and assess market trends and competitors’ activities
- Collaborate with government sales teams and ensure product availability and demand generation
- Build long-term relationships with Key Opinion Leaders/Key Business leaders
- Follow up with customers to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction
Qualifications: Biotechnology Sales Jobs
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Life Sciences or Biotechnology
- Minimum of 4 to 14 years of pharmaceutical/medical devices sales experience
- Relevant therapeutic experience in areas such as Wound Closure, Hernia solutions, Endo-mechanical Wound closure, and Biosurgery
- Excellent decision-making and financial management skills
- Fluency in written and verbal communication skills in regional language, intermediate level of English
- Willingness to travel with occasional overnight stay(s) according to business needs
