Job Title: Biotechnologist
Role Purpose:
We have several Biotechnologists positions available for candidates at an entry level or experienced level positions. The Biotechnologist will be expected to learn and carry out the skills used in a GMP Manufacturing environment, progressing from supervised to unsupervised activities.
Key Accountabilities and Duties:
- Responsibility: Perform various duties ensuring products are manufactured within the manufacturing area at the Slough UK facility following schedule, safety requirements, and Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Training: Obtain thorough knowledge of production systems and relevant Lonza systems for efficient production.
- Quality Systems: Adhere to high standards of cGMP for self and others, familiarize with Lonza quality procedures.
- Documentation: Maintain high standards of documentation completion for self and others.
- Plant and Process: Direct involvement in the manufacturing process, identify continuous improvements, and assist in projects completion.
- Area Ownership: Ensure high standards of housekeeping, team values, safety policies, and systems adherence.
