How You’ll Make An Impact:
- Perform effective experiments for developing and optimizing new ddPCR assays.
- Analyze and interpret data, summarize results, and communicate findings to the team and stakeholders.
- Write verification test plans and reports to support new product development.
- Identify and overcome technical challenges during assay development.
- Collaborate with a team of research scientists and associates to achieve common objectives.
What You Bring:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics, or related life science field.
- Work Experience: 1-5 years of relevant laboratory experience, preferably with PCR assays.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in designing and executing experiments, data analysis, and nucleic acid technology.
- Communication Skills: Clear presentation of results and effective teamwork.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analysis and troubleshooting abilities.
