Job Description:
1. Biotechnology Strategy:
- Develop and implement the company’s biotechnology strategy in alignment with our business objectives
- Review and create experimental designs with the Chief Biotechnology Officer
- Conduct microbiological testing and optimize product composition for gynaecological healthcare
2. Product Development:
- Lead product through preclinical development stages
- Ensure biotechnological products meet regulatory requirements and quality standards
3. Collaborative Partnerships:
- Establish and nurture partnerships with academic institutions and research organizations
Qualifications:
- Masters or PhD in biotechnology, microbiology, or related field
- 3-4 years of experience in biotechnology research and development
- Expertise in biotechnological platforms and technologies
- Experience in laboratory work related to biotechnology and microorganisms
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation in women’s healthcare
Compensation and Benefits:
