The Position
As the Associate Scientist, you will work closely with a Principal Scientist in establishing processes for hPSC culture and scalable production of hPSC-derived cell types. Your role will be pivotal in enabling accelerated target discovery and drug screening in early-stage research.
Responsibilities:
- Establishing laboratory infrastructure for stem cell cultivation and differentiation.
- Designing and executing experiments to optimize differentiation protocols.
- Employing molecular biology techniques for characterization and quality control.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams for large-scale manufacturing processes.
- Analyzing and interpreting experimental data.
Qualifications
- MSc degree in Cell Biology, Chemistry, or related fields.
- Hands-on experience in stem cell propagation and differentiation.
- Knowledge of high-throughput screening techniques and bioreactor-based processes.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
