Role Responsibilities
- High-throughput cloning of antibodies and antibody fragments into multiple formats
- Phage display library panning
- High-throughput screening of phage and IgG by binding assays such as ELISA, flow cytometry, etc.
- Nanopore sequencing of antibodies and antibody fragments
- Mammalian cell culture
- Preparation of DNA and phage libraries
- Using liquid handling automation and developing automated processes for screening and molecular biology
Qualifications
Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree +0-2 years’ experience in molecular biology, biochemistry, chemical engineering, or related field
- Demonstrated technical proficiency in molecular biology and antibody screening
- Familiarity with phage/yeast display and bacterial/mammalian cell culture
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of relevant tools
Nice To Have:
- Experience in display library construction and design
- Experience in protein/antibody engineering
- Experience in NGS sequencing analysis and protein structural analysis software
