Your Role:
Job Summary:
- Perform timely analytical testing and support cGMP release, in-process, and stability testing of drug substances and products.
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with quality guidelines and good documentation practices.
- Conduct testing in accordance with GMP requirements and actively participate in audits.
- Complete work to achieve departmental goals, troubleshoot issues, and provide logical solutions.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, or related field.
- OR Associate degree with 3+ years of analytical testing experience in a cGMP environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ years of lab testing experience with a Bachelor’s degree.
- Instrument experience: UV, HPLC, GC, LCMS, etc.
- Strong analytical capabilities and knowledge of safe chemical handling methods.
- Experience with Trackwise, Chromeleon, LIMS, and SAP.
Physical Attributes:
May include the use of personal protective equipment and occasional lifting up to 40 pounds.
Who You Are:
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
- Strong communication skills and ability to excel in a dynamic environment.
- Experience with antibody drug conjugates (ADC) is a plus.
