Job Title: Associate Scientist – Molecular Discovery

What You Will Achieve
As a member of the Pfizer BioMedicine Design team, you’ll play a critical role in generating critical biophysical/analytical data to support the discovery of biotherapeutics with optimal properties.
How You Will Achieve It
- Learn and perform physicochemical, thermal and colloidal stability assessment of biotherapeutic candidates using a suite of established assays
- Perform data analysis to inform selection of optimal lead biotherapeutic molecules
- Participate in activities to improve work efficiency and throughput within the group
- Present results regularly at group and/or team meetings
Qualifications
Must-Have
- BA/BS with 0-2 years of experience in relevant biochemistry or biophysics field
- Proficient with micro pipetting and general scientific practices
- Knowledgeable with various analytical techniques such as aSEC, iCE, and cGE
- Keen attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Nice-to-Have
- Working experience with automation
