Position: Scientist – Food safety and risk assessment
Location: Aarhus N, DK
Responsibilities:
- Solve safety and quality issues focusing on pathogens and spoilage microorganisms
- Evaluate microbiological risks of new products and processes
- Develop models and tools for food safety assessments
- Provide technical assistance to R&D and supply chain
- Establish collaboration with strategic partners
- Manage and deliver projects
Requirements:
PhD in Microbiology with practical experience or Master’s degree with extensive work experience in microbiological risk assessment. Proficiency in Excel, statistical tools, and English language.
