Responsibilities
In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for the following:
- Hands-on operation of bioreactors and cell culture support vessels
- Prepare buffers and media as per defined manufacturing procedures
- Follow GMP documents with strict adherence to safety and compliance
- Perform in-process sampling of cell culture equipment
- Perform washroom activities and clean equipment used in production
- Maintain an organized and clean workspace in a clean room environment
- Initiate quality nonconformance reports and draft/review SOPs
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:
- High school/GED + 2 years Manufacturing & Operations experience OR Associate’s + 6 months Manufacturing & Operations experience OR Bachelor’s
- Bachelor’s Degree in Biology and/or Life Sciences (preferred)
- Able to work well in teams and follow directions
- Mechanically inclined and able to lift up to 50lbs
