Job Description
As a Laboratory Analyst at Sotera Health, you will conduct testing under supervised conditions following established procedures. We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, have high personal integrity, and are willing to learn and grow with us.
Education/Experience
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant Life Science preferred
- No prior experience necessary – we provide training
Shifts
Shifts are 8 hours per day, starting around 8/9am, Monday through Friday. Specifics will be discussed during the interview process.

Physical Requirements
Candidates should be able to stand, sit, and work with personal protective equipment as required, and lift up to 45 pounds when needed.

- Perform laboratory testing under supervision
- Follow testing procedures and regulatory requirements
- Record data accurately
- Communicate any issues to lab leadership
- Support lab activities as necessary
