About the Role:
As a Scientist I, Research & Development at Herbalife GBSC Krakow, you will be responsible for executing technical activities related to the development and maintenance of Herbalife’s global nutritional supplement product lines. Your work will involve identifying, validating, and documenting ingredients, formulations, and processes to meet product standards, quality, safety, and cost requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Develop new formulas from concept to commercialization in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure all formulas meet cost targets and comply with quality and regulatory standards.
- Assess formulation stability and commercial feasibility.
- Troubleshoot testing failures and optimize formulations.
- Document all formulation work using GLP and Agile for product approval.
- Establish work procedures and standards for scalable manufacturing.
- Track project activities and collaborate with stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in R&D, Quality Assurance, or Regulatory Affairs.
- MSc degree in a relevant scientific discipline.
- Experience in developing nutritional supplements, pharmaceuticals, food, or cosmetics.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and GMPs.
- Good command of English and MS Office.
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
