Job Summary
The candidate will conduct complex bioinformatics analyses of high-dimensional immunology datasets, including CyTOF, bulk RNA-seq, CITE-Seq, and scRNA-seq.

Required Qualifications
Masters degree in Bioinformatics, Computer Sciences, or biological sciences from an accredited college or university with one year of related experience. OR Bachelors degree in Bioinformatics, Biological Sciences, Computational Biology, Computer Science, or related field from an accredited college or university with four years of related experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
KNOWLEDGE: Familiarity with standard statistical methods. Proficiency in debugging and troubleshooting bioinformatics data analysis pipelines.
SKILLS: Strong problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
ABILITIES: Experience in developing bioinformatics pipelines. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary research team.
Shift/Salary/Benefits
Shift: Days; Monday – Friday (Work outside of normal business hours may be required)
Salary Minimum: $62,300 annually
